Project Overview
Organizations often struggle to track assets effectively when employees join, move between roles, or leave the company. Manual spreadsheets and disconnected tools lead to lost equipment, unclear ownership, and delayed off-boarding processes.
The objective of this project was to design a centralized asset management platform that enables administrators to track assets, assign them to employees, and monitor their lifecycle from allocation to return.
ASSET TRACKING & ACCOUNTABILITY
Managing organizational assets across employees and departments can quickly become complex without a structured system. This platform enables administrators to track company devices, assign them to employees, and maintain a clear record of asset ownership throughout the employee lifecycle. The goal is to reduce manual tracking, improve accountability, and ensure assets are always visible and properly managed.
CENTRALIZED ASSET MANAGEMENT
The system provides a centralized inventory where all company assets can be monitored in real time. Administrators can easily manage asset allocation, view assignment history, and track asset status such as available, assigned, under maintenance, or retired. By consolidating asset data into a single interface, organizations gain better operational control and improved visibility over their resources.
